Over 20 years in the making, Northline Village is a direct reflection of the vision and goals outlined in Lynnwood’s City Center Sub Area Plan and Planned Action Ordinance. The completed development will revitalize the City Center with high quality office space; a mid-rise, urban mixed-use neighborhood; vibrant retail streets; and a network of open spaces and sidewalks.
Throughout June 2019, we invited community members to tell us what they would like to see at Northline Village through an online survey and at an open house. We incorporated their thoughts in our process to reach a development agreement with the city of Lynnwood. The City approved the development agreement for Northline Village in December 2019, and the phased delivery and leasing is underway.
